Here are some commonly asked questions to help you out.


How much does delivery cost?

Through mainland UK, Delivery costs only £3.95 for orders under £40 or free for orders over.
We also offer urgent and Saturday delivery services from £5.95

Can I return the items if I don't like them?

Yes, we offer a no quibble 14 days returns policy.  If you are not completely satisfied with your product then just log back onto your account, click on return items and tell us you want to return the items within 14 days.  Then pop them in the post and we will issue a refund.

What happens if i've ordered the wrong size and want to exchange the item?

If you want to exchange an item, then logon to your account and select to the return the wrongly order items and then just place a new order for the replacement item online.  We don't have an automatic swap system.


What if an item arrives damaged?

We hope that no items arrived damaged and use our upmost efforts to package and care for your items during transport.  If however a damage does occur, please tell us as soon as possible.  We ask for any damages or shortages to be reported within 3 days of receiving your goods so that we may follow this up with the courier.


Do I need to be in to sign for delivery?

We use a combination of couriers to send your order depending on its size and value.  If an item is delivered by a tracked courier service then you can find tracking details online and you will need to be in to sign for this delivery.  We cannot guarantee that any deliveries will be left with a neighbour or in safe place even if you request this yourself.  If you are not in, a card will be left which will allow you to request a re-delivery or collect at your convenience from your local depot.  If your order is sent via Royal Mail, your local postman will attempt to deliver and if you are not in and the goods cannot go through your letterbox, they will be left at your local post office for collection.
