For orders placed requesting standard delivery

If you ordered requesting standard delivery your order is usually despatched by second class Royal Mail and is therefore not trackable. Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to reach you.

If your order has not arrived after 7 working days then please check with neighbours or your local delivery office in the first instance, as we find the vast majority of missing parcels do end up there and Royal Mail don't always leave a card. If your parcel is still missing after doing this then please email our customer service team by clicking here or call us on 08546 804084 selecting option 2.

For orders placed requesting Premium, Express or Saturday Delivery - UK only

We ship all our premium, express and Saturday deliveries through City Link who deliver between 9am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday and 9am and 12pm on a Saturday.

To track your parcel please click here to enter the City Link website and enter your tracking reference in the 'Track your parcel' box at the top left of the screen.
