We are happy to refund most products returned within 21 days of receipt providing they are in a fully re-saleable and unused condition. Please note we are unable to accept returns of samples, personalised goods or confectionery including chocolates and sugared almonds, unless they are faulty.
Your original delivery charge will be refunded if you notify us in writing within 7 working days of receipt that you wish to return the whole of your order (except personalised goods or confectionery). Please click here to read our full refund and exchange policy.
Making the right choices for your special occasion can be daunting so we now offer samples of many of our products.
- We charge £0.50 per sample pack with FREE postage and packing if you are just ordering samples (standard post and packing charges apply if samples are ordered with other products)
- Samples can only be shipped free of charge to Mainland UK addresses. Addresses outside Mainland UK will have normal delivery charges applied
