Usually, proposing is meant to be ‘a man’s job’ – but tradition allows women to take over the proposal duties on a leap year, specifically on February 29.  Recognising that 2012 is a Leap Year, The Last Detail has launched ‘Take the Leap’, a campaign which aims to inspire, question and debate whether or not he’s ‘the one’ for you.
