This weeks ‘Real Wedding’ comes courtesty of incredible Photographer Issy Oakes of Issy Oakes Weddings.The couple are Paul & Ellen, who got married in April this year at the beautiful Islington Town Hall before taking an old school bus trip on a bus through London before partying at the Peasant Pub in Clerkenwell. Issy says:

This was the first wedding I’d shot at Islington Town Hall. It was a busy Saturday with lots of weddings taking place. It offered a different feel, the streets outside were buzzing with activity and there was a reassuring sense of familiarity. Passers by were looking on, smiling and waving at the bride. We were driven around central London in a Red bus to see all the major sights; Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament and Tower bridge amongst others. Then onto the pub! Paul and Ellen had booked out the entire pub which meant the wedding breakfast could be held upstairs whilst the evening preparations took place downstairs. I was able to get some great urban shots of Paul and Ellen not far from the pub, including some under a beautiful Cherry blossom tree. A beautiful spring London wedding.
