Oh what miserable weather!! Is that it then? Summer over? I for one certainly hope not. In a bid to try and brighten the mood whilst the weather is like this, I thought I would pull together some ideas on different ways you can use some of our favourite (and essential) party table decorations…
I’ve focused on just three essential decorations, one’s we feel are always welcome additions to party tables by guests; bubbles, crackers and sparklers. I feel they can really add to your party tables, making them a little more special than your day today tables (and let’s face it, we all like things a little bit special every now and then!)
Sparklers
A winner with adults and kids alike…Great to add a liitle pizazz to your tables, try popping a sparkler into each guests wine glass, or popping them into a folded napkin tied with ribbon. They also look fabulous in cupcakes or desserts!
Crackers
These gorgeous vintage inspired crackers are a lovely way of adding conversation starters to your tables whilst still keeping things pretty. They look lovely perched on the edge of a saucer at each place setting but work equally as well simply scattered across the tables. You could also try incorporating them into your floral centrepieces.
Bubbles
“Boooobles” as my one year old would say! We love the mini celebration bubbles in our house, my little boy can’t get enough of them and I think they are a really simple way to add a bit fun to your tables. They also look great when caught on camera. The Last Detail provide quite a large range of styles of bubbles – from vintage to masculine (manly bubbles?!?) so pick ones to best suit the ‘theme/look’ of your tables.
I’m always on the look out for new ideas and inspiration on ways to use party table decorations, so if you have any good ideas you’d like to share from your own parties, weddings or special occasions then please email me. x
